| Our candles have been extensively tested to be drip-free, and to burn for a long period of time under ideal circumstances. |
| This is only the case if the candles are used in an area where there is no wind from air conditioners, fans and outside wind. |
| We can therefore not be held responsible for any candle wax on tablecloths and overlays if used under windy conditions. |

Please allow the wax to cool down before you remove it from the table, the hot wax will damage the table cloths and candles.

| Security deposit: |

| Refundable security deposit will be charged depending on size of order. |
|
| Orders will be confirmed with the payment of 50% deposit, outstanding balance payable on collection. |

| The following conditions will render your deposit to be forfeited: |

| Candles are not returned in the original packaging |
|
|
|
| Candles burnt out more than a quarter of their length |
|
|
| Candles burnt in the wind or under ceiling fans |
|
|
| Candles returned in a bad condition with scratches, pins and damages. |
